  • Optimized Lead Generation Strategy – Initially, we launched a Free Webinar Funnel to attract top-of-funnel (TOFU) leads and nurtured them through email campaigns. However, when we realized the lead quality was too low, we pivoted to a broader-reach, low-ticket offer designed to warm up potential buyers before channeling them into the high-ticket $699 Skool community program.

  • Compliance-Friendly Ads & Email Nurture Sequences – We redesigned ad messaging to stay compliant while still being engaging. We also optimized email sequences to nurture new leads more effectively, increasing conversions.
